Bart Sullivan, the owner of Soundview Painting LLC, responded promptly to our bid request. The quote was quite reasonable and detailed! However, we were of course, interested in quality. He and his team did not disappoint. :-) They masked the windows on Friday afternoon and finished by 5 PM on Saturday. Bart picked up the ladders the next morning. Such a beautiful professional job. His crew was fabulous! For context, we have a 1920 ft.² home built in 1970, ranch style. Bart listened carefully and we looked over the home before and after the job. His team was careful and cleaned up perfectly. What a pleasure. We’d use his services again in a heartbeat. Soundview does interior and exterior painting, woodwork and cabinet cabinets and power washing. Most highly recommended!!. ~ Jenny B

I was super pleased with Bart and his Soundview company. It was a big job involving several buildings and some tricky work with a covered terrace. Bart made it happen seamlessly. He also researched painting a reefer we use to make it blend in with the other buildings and had the specialist from Rhodda paint come out to propose the only primer that would work on the plastic finish. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted…a beautiful job. Bart & son Bryson made sure all was carefully painted despite some areas that took many coats. Would definitely use them again. Did a great job caulking all of the siding seams - they were in bad shape. Fixed my crooked barge boards / eaves. I closed all the blinds and curtains when they painted and couldn't smell anything when they painted. They helped match my old color scheme. I was able to get in and out of my house as they painted. It cost $1000 less than what another non-licensed and bonded painter quoted. Friendly, fast, easy, unbeatable price, and a quality paint job. Wish I'd done it years ago. Soundview met all my expectations for an exterior paint job on a duplex. I met with Bart the manager, and he was very detailed in the plan for dealing with all the issues surrounding the job. He repaired some of the siding prior to painting. The net result is a wonderful beautiful outcome on this corner of property in Tigard. We had a great experience with SoundView painting. They were punctual and well mannered and listened to what we wanted. I love the way the house turned out and that we were given a chance to change the color after we saw what the first side of the house looked like when painted. Soundview painting recently completed a significant whole house exterior painting project for us. They won the business after we reviewed bids from 8 contractors.
